Invited Guests

As per the Society Bylaws, Non-members must have a Western Vascular Society Member invite and Sponsor attendance at the meeting.

ARTICLE IX – INVITED GUESTS

A member of the Society may invite one or more guest(s) to attend the Annual Meeting of the Society. Should a member wish to tender an invitation, formal request must be made to the Secretary-Treasurer to send a written invitation to the individual identified by the member. No guest will be admitted to the scientific sessions and/or social events without a formal or email invitation and active registration for the annual meeting.
The names of all guests attending the Annual Meeting shall be entered under a separate heading in the attendance list.
All invited guests shall be given the privilege of the floor by the President but shall not be present at the Executive Session.

Room rates are European Plan and exclude lodging, city and state taxes which are currently 10.25%.

Public Improvement Fee (PIF) of 2.95% will be assessed to all purchases at The Broadmoor.
